Has anybody had any experience with this sub or kit? My friend is wanting me to build a sub for him and he came across this speaker. Reason he is thinking about because we looked at some build plans and we could make a nice end table/sub out if it. This would please his gf a little more than a much larger one and also allow for more placement options in their living room. Thanks!

Yeah it looks like it should work pretty well. Should cost under $500 when finished if he does end up wanting to go with this one. Just never heard this sub before.I love animals, they're delicious!
