Parasound a23 or a21?

I'm looking at picking up a Paraound A23 or A21 to try something different with my SDA-2's (currently I'm using a Carver TFM-42). I'm curious to hear another amp on my speakers and since I was thinking about going balanced ICs down the road, these seemed like a reasonable step.

Anyone heard the a23 and a21 on their SDAs? Is the a23 enough to run them well? (i'm thinking they would be) Or should I spring for the a21?

Any other random thoughts are welcome too =)

Either choice should sound much better than the Carver and the power specs are fine for an SDA.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Truth be told the A21 will probably be my next amp...when I get around to it. It's a great price to performance ratio.

But I have NOT heard it on a pair of SDAs yet. Mostly on mid to higher end speakers...where it performed admirably! Spend the extra cash and get the extra power; you won't regret it!

But DO TAKE A LISTEN FOR 'YOURSELF'?
