I have a mm1040 svc that I put in a 1 cu. ft. MTX Thunderform sealed sub box that is molded to the cabin of a 1997 Tacoma.
This single cab has a very rough estimate of 65 cu. ft. of air space.
If youll look at the specs for the sub, it is happiest in .65 cu. ft. of enclosure space.
idk about room volume's effect? at least not in great detail.......___________.
How will this sub react and handle wattage in this too large box. I know power handling will suffer but Im most interested in the response characteristics.
thanks for all responses
