I havnt been able to get off these forums. There is just so much stuff to learn. I have always been stuck with a mainstream system, a Yamaha AVR with a few speakers just thrown in. Ive never really been satisfied. Not that there is anything wrong with Yamaha, its just I now realize there are so many more options available. I am drooling at the thought of hooking a nice pre-pro up to a decent amp and seeing what I can end up with!

Thanks everyone for all the info.
