Westell 6100G Modem DSL and Airport Extreme

Well, I got my Apple Airport Extreme and having one hell of a time trying to configure it. I am replacing a Linksys WRT54GS that has started to acting up. For simplicity reason, I like to replicate my Linksys default DHCP to 192.168.1.100 to 149.
I am not sure if this is because of the Westell incompatibility with AE or the default values, and even when I use all defaults, it won't give me the internet. Btw, I set the 6100G as a bridge so DHCP and NAT is being handled by the Linksys/AE.
Any step-by-step setup walkthrough instructions would greatly be appreciated. TIA
