Talk about putting all your chips on the table. If the Vikings can't make their way to a Superbowl this year, they never will.

Randy Moss seemed like a team player in N.E., but I think may have only a year or 2 left in those legs, the Pats have gotten a lot out of him.Polk Audio Surround Bar 360

That would be the best thing that could happen. That way defenses would only rush 9 guys instead of 11 to stop AP or obliterate Brett -

HAHAHAHA, Randy Moss isn't going to get that sorry Vikings team to the playoffs, let alone the Super Bowl. Last I checked you still have Brett "The Land Baron" Favre throwing to him.If you will it, dude, it is no dream. -
3 semi-recent superbowls without him. 0 with.
I'll still sleep easy tonight:cool:Where’s the KABOOM?!?! There’s supposed to be an Earth shattering KABOOM!!! -
The best combination in the NFL is Butt Favre to the opposing D-Back. Smart move by the Pats.

It wasn't the best decision to get rid of him, but he was becoming a problem for N.E. so maybe it was wise to get rid of him. It helps Minny offense tons for the simple fact of the deep ball treat look what N.E got away with just by having him for the years they did. Teams are still afraid of getting beat by the deep ball 2 years after he had his amazing season. Plus with N.E getting the 2 rookie tight ends it's changing the look of our offense, just like when we got randy moss. Sucks for N.E fans, Awesome for Viking fans. But end the end both teams have a great chance of making it the superbowl, Atleast the 2nd round of the play offs.
NEW ENGLAND ROCKS!!! GO PATRIOTS i'll cya guys on the 17 against baltimore!:D -

I almost wish the Bears would have snagged him....Hester and Moss running routes...I fear the Bears window to another Superbowl is closing very soon.:(
On the flipside, you cant argue with the Pats philosophy though, -

Viqueens wont make it to the playoffs...........do we remember why MN dumped Moss the first time
Moss was a first-round pick of the Vikings in 1998 and spent his first seven seasons in Minnesota, where he set all kinds of records and became one of the most exciting playmakers in the league -- also giving the Vikings more than a few headaches over those years with attitude problems and some off-the-field trouble. -

The whole story has been a soap opera here in NE.

Just put a physical corner on him, bang him at the line for the first couple of series and he's pretty much done for the day. Vikings should have grabbed Jackson from the Chargers, big physical guy and just 26-7 years old.Review Site_ (((AudioPursuit)))
