New Extended Avatar

Amazon wants me to pre-order the soon to be released BluRay of the recent extended version of Avatar. I guess there is about 16 minutes of new footage.

Did anyone see this version in the theater? Does the additional footage (don't tell me what it is) add to the movie, or was it just filler.

For example, both the extended versions of Aliens and Terminator 2 added to the movie, at least for me. So, I would hope Avatar would follow in that mode. But then again, it could be junk footage just to get more money.

Obviously I got shorted when I bought the first release of Avatar on BD. And they think I'm so stupid as to now want to buy the movie again for an additional 16 minutes of footage. I won't even remember the first one well enough to know where they added that footage. The video industry must of hired all the idiots from the music industry!

I liked Avatar, but not enough to go crazy and spend 55 bucks for a collectors set.
My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.

16 more minutes = me never finishing the movie.

That movie is good but god forbid someone tacks on another 16 minutes of it
    - Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.
