Yesterday, a new Goodwill store opened here in town and I was fortunate enough to be in exactly the right place at the right time.

I scored 34 LP's, many unopened, including 6 unopoened Van Halen, 5 Black Sabbath, AC/DC, The Who, Ted Nugent, Greadful Dead, Pink Floyd, Rush and a few others.

They will be pushing more out over the next week as they did not restock the old store for more than a month while getting ready for the move. I can hardly wait!:D

St Vincent de paul has been AWESOME this year! I picked up a Thorens turntable with a Denon MC cartridge for $15. The vinyl selection is mostly Firestone Christmas albums, but We have Mr Grand for that!

I'd like to see one of these Goodwill stores that have all this fantastic vinyl people rave about. The ones around here have junk appliances and worn clothing!!

I've made a second income at my local Goodwill. I picked up a Dyson DC25 for $15, a pair of Klipsch KG 1.5s for $30, a PS3 for $100 with 3 games. Thats the short list. The long list would have its own thread lol.
