Hello everyone. this is the deal i want to put my parasound a21 in the living room to be displayed, but if anyone has seen this thing, it's not what you call small. I have looked at various amp stands and think i have narrowed it down to this one, but would like to have some opinions on it being that i know nothing about them, except they stand there. This is the one i was looking at VTI 404.

VTI are decent stands at a decent price.
The biggest thing for a stand is that it helps reduce/eliminate vibrations from getting transfered into your gear. With the larger VTI stands you can fill them with lead or sand so it makes it even more stable as well as helps reduce more.
More expensive stands will do a better job with vibrations but then again they are more. Otherwise there are other things like vibrapods etc that will help reduce vibrations, and yes it does make a difference.
