Hi guys, I'm putting up for sale an almost brand new 55" Samsung LCD HDTV. Personal, private, family matters have resulted in this being available for sale. We bought the TV in mid July and it was in daily use until mid August. Since then its seen piratically no use. So its really like only 1 month old. Has a beautiful picture but unfortunately, I must sell it.
I have the original box with all the packaging, the remote, manual and everything. I'm in the Downriver area which is south of Detroit. My brother has a nice pickup truck and has agreed to deliver the TV free in a 25 mile radius. Of course if you live in the Michigan/Ohio or surrounding area we could make other arrangements or meet half way. I prefer not to ship.
Price: $1100. This HDTV is available at all major B&M retailers as well as online. I found the same model for sale at Walmart for $1700. I'm sure if you look around you could likely find it on sale for $100 - $150 less. We currently have it on a payment plan via credit card and owe more than what we're asking. We need to sell and pay it off. Thus the low reduced price.
The stand is also for sale for $100 (was purchased at Circuit City several years ago for $300 and is in excellent condition) and if you take the both the TV and stand, I'll throw in the surround-sound system for free. The SS system is a few years old, doesn't play BR disks and has a minor issue but it works fine and sounds good. That's a total of $1200 for a like-new 55" Samsung HDTV, stand and SS system.
Thanks for looking.

My camera isn't the greatest and anything in the pics you might be questioning is glare from the flash. This TV is like new and flawless.
I also wanted to add, if you're local and seriously interested and would like to personally see the TV, send me a PM and arrangements cane be made.

Price Drop: $1000. Free Delivery 50 mile radius from Trenton, Mi 48183
Stand and SS System $100. -
OK, I looked around and the best price I could find was Amazon: $1,549.98
I'm lowering the price to $950 if you pick it up
I really need to sell the TV. I'm in a bind. The TV is like brand new. I have the receipt and everything. The TV has only had 4 weeks of use. I would not say that if it were not true and I can explain why this is so to serious buyers via PM. I prefer not to disclose the situation publicly.
This is a screaming deal on a very nice 1080p HDTV. $950 if you pick it up from my house here in Trenton, mi. That's $600 less than the best price I could find online.
You do not have to buy the stand. But if you would also like the stand, its for sale for $100 - but only if you buy the TV. I will not sell the stand alone. If you buy both the TV ($950) and stand ($100) and pick it up, I will include the surround sound system for free.
I'm hoping someone here can help me out and pick themselves up a really nice HDTV at a bargain price.
Thanks, Jeff -

If you haven't already, Craigslist.
Thanks for this suggestion. TV has been sold.
This guy showed up and he was your classic haggler. He wasn't there two minutes and I wanted him out of my house. But then he threw nine 100 dollar bills on the table and I said OK, deal.
Life is hard sometimes; we owe several hundred more than what it sold for. But due to certain circumstances it needed to get paid off so I took the money.
Times are tough - tough indeed. -
Glad you sold it and relieved some of the debt at least. Hope times get better for you.
