Which Sub? Pro 500 or Micropro 2000

I have the Rti a5's w/ csi a6 center. Which sub would be a better fit, the DSW pro 500 or the micropro 2000. I know the 500 has a 10inch woofer and the 2000 has an 8 inch woofer but has more wattage. Does it matter?
