Dancing MicroPro 1000

I got the MicroPro 1000 this summer and it is a vast improvement over the previous sub woofers I have owned.
However, during hard hitting bass scenes or loud low tones, it dances across the wood floor. The little rubber feet sometimes vibrate loose as well....although they haven't in a while.
While this is somewhat comical and it entertains the guests, I think I would like to prevent this from happening.
Has anyone else tried to stop the dancing power of the MicroPro?
Any suggestions? Solutions?
Thanks
Ray

Could I use a nice vase instead of a "bag"?
Or will that dance off the top of the Sub.......
Maybe I should post a vid of this - it is amusing -
It will most certainly dance off the top. I have a microPro 4000 and for some reason My Mother-in-law thought it was a nice place to put a decorative vase. I didn't notice right away but wasn't I shocked when watching a heavy sub bass movie and all of a sudden I hear this crazy vibration coming from my sub and then crash, the vase fell right off.
Of course if it were filled with some significant weight--hmmm, that would be better for WAF.____________________

I used to have a sub that danced when trying to play something that was below it's FR. You can weigh it down, but the best thing to do is turn it down.
Combo rig:
Onkyo NR1007 pre-pro, Carver TFM 45(fronts), Carver TFM 35 (surrounds)
SDA 1C, CS400i, SDA 2B
PB13Ultra RO
BW Silvers
Oppo BDP-83SE -
+1 on the bag of sand. You may also want to try a square of carpet under the sub (I'm assuming its not already of carpet).

Try one of these:

It should tighten up the bass a bit too!"They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."

A piece of carpet or rug. I have (2) 4000's and they don't dance on carpet.

I might try the Subdude.
