Under utilized speakers

I am doing some work for a client and they have a pair of speakers I would really like to hear and own. See photo below.

Look closely.
I like speakers that are bigger than a small refrigerator but smaller than a big refrigerator:D

    anybody who lets their wife or (fill in the blank) force them to hide their speaks like that needs to grow a "pair".

    Totem speakers have very clean sound. Another fine Canadian speaker manufacturer. The only problem is that you need a high-current amp to drive them, so I gave up on my pair. My Rotel and Carver amps didn't like them - sounded very dull, but when hooked up a lowly NAD - those speakers were awesome.

    actually I believe the Mites are actually 8ohm speakers per the website, so a separate amp while nice might not necessary with them.
