Replacement Jumpers for Polk Monitor series

Hey guys, looking for some quick help. I have seen lots of you using different jumpers than the supplied ones. First I was wondering how much if any of a difference they made with your speakers, and secondly I was looking for a recommendation for some relatively cheap replacement ones. I would prefer spade on one end and banana on the other (using bananas on my current speaker connections). These would be used for a set of Monitor 60's and 40's.
