Nuclear is one of the few ways "We can "Hasten down the WIND"......as good as it is ...used the "RIGHT" way....the negative side is "Nuclear Waste"...and of course "blackmail" in the wrong hands.

Maybe YOU are taking this way to seriously. There are far greater dangers than cyber attacks. See the link below.

BTW if this was indeed a bug created by the US military to infiltrate Iranian systems...then screw the so called security experts for exposing it.

No, we are not talking about the same thing. The article I posted is a bit toungue-in-cheek...not the "sky is falling" scenario you are talking about.

Huge advances in technology will continue...it is inevitable...it cannot...it will not be slowed down or stopped. It is up to mankind to learn how to deal with it...not if it comes...but when it comes. Trying to stop technological advances is pointless.

We must be speaking in different lanuages...

You say we must make decisions to control technology and it's future use...

I say technology will take whatever path it will and humanity will have to learn deal with the results...

How is that remotely the same thing?

...same thing....but DEAL with it "NOW"....before it gets out of control. What is the difference??? Those with "Knowledge" beyond our pea brains understand.....!!!..

Just imagine a future where the intellects rule (with the populous)......not politicians. Not a guarantee but maybe better.

..It's my firm belief that only the chosen few with HIGH IQ's should run for off ice. We are living in a complex world....need someone who can understand the future consequences.

That's not possible. Just look at where we were 100 years ago, and where we are now. No one can predict advancement accurately over a century. Let your conscience be your guide, and the chips fall where they may, because most of it is out of our control anyway.

Agreed, as long as you mean that Iran should have no nuclear capability whatsoever.

Technology will continue to evolve, and hopefully so will we, but just because you can do something doesn't necessarily mean you should. Cloneing would be a good example of that. It is up to us to wade through it all and pick and choose whats beneficial to mankind and whats a threat.
