Store manager called me in for a talk.

Sitting here at home with my little girl and I get a call from the store manager to come in and have a talk with her. So I wake up the wifey and head up town. I get there and she asks me to go in to the office with her. I followed her in , and she grabs a folder. On the top of the paper in the folder I see the word termination. I'm thinking to my self what???? Well a couple employees and one of the other managers have been butting heads for a while and the manager ended up getting canned. I'm sorry to see her go because she was one of the most "real" persons there. That said I was offered a full time management position. Not too bad for only being there a month and a half, just sorry to see the way it happened. Now I just have to find a house.

Well I won't be making 2.5 times what I am now, but a couple more quarters. Willow, no issues there. I just stay out of the drama. I don't play favorites, and treat everyone the same. I'll be sad to see her go as she was one of the few who would tell you as it is and made no bones about it.
