I emailed OPPO about a problem with my BDP. Had answer back in 2 hours. Their suggestion didn't work and I emailed them back. Had answer in an hour. Received preprinted, prepaid mailing (UPS) label.
They received the player in 2 days. They fixed it the same day and FedEx'd it back to me that day...I should have it early next week.....(I assume it will be working fine).....my local audio shops don't do that well...

That's a pretty amazing turnaround. I have some equipment that I am actually afraid to give to my local guy--even though he does NICE work....because I know I won't see it for MONTHS!

Yep Oppo has been on my list for some time but I have the Pioneer BDP and it has been a great player for the money. With the 93 coming out for the same price I may just pull the trigger and put the Pioneer in the bedroom..
