Soundtracks make it all better?

I swear, there are some songs that, while I wouldn't be able to stand them before, I like now b/c they remind me of the movie they were used in.
For example, I heard "Right Round" at a bar a few nights ago (a remake by someone that sounds all popular/dancy.) A year ago it would have made me cringe. My reaction now is completely different, as it makes me think of the end credits to The Hangover, which cracks me up. So instead of hating, I have a certain affinity to the song now b/c it makes me laugh b/c of me relating it to a funny movie.
Anyone else experienced that "increased song acceptance thanks to association with a film you like"? Any other examples?
I can't think of anything else right now, but I know there are other songs that I like/ can stand solely b/c they remind me of films I like.

Definitely happened to me. Unfortunately this happened to be a Miley Sirus song..."Dr Dunn admitted that his research could also be interpreted as evidence that women are shallower than men. He said: "Let's face it - there's evidence to support it."Best Buy is for people who don't know any better. Magnolia is for people who don't know any better and have more money to spend.

hahah, that IS bad.
Another one along these lines for me is "Final Countdown." I immediately think of Arrested Development and Gob's failed magic tricks, so the song makes me smile now.2007 Club Polk Football Pool Champ

Nm...I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore
