Hi everyone! I need some help with my setup. I don't have a ton of time to research through all the post, so I figured I would just hit up the experts.

Here is my current setup:
Receiver: Onkyo 608
Speakers: Polk RM6750 (it came with sub, center and 4 satellites. I got 2 more to make it a 7.1 system)
50" 1080p plasma
PS3, Xbox, etc...

Ok, so I am understanding my speakers are pretty much bottom of the barrel... and I definitely want to upgrade. This is all setup in a game room, rectangular shaped.

1) What do you recommend in order of upgrade? Bookshelf, then center, then sub, then satellites?

2) In terms of the bookshelfs, do you recommend floor or simply bookshelf? (I would say I feel comfortable spending around $250 per speaker)

3) Recommendation for center? Sub? Satellites?

Again, I know this will cover a lot, but any help would be appreciated. I know I'm not getting the most out of my receiver, and I want more of a home theater experience.

I did center, floor standing, sub, then satellites all from the Polk direct ebay store. Moniter series can be had for a song from the ebay store or sometimes newegg has them on special. For a sub the PSW 505 is a nice entry level sub my next sub is going to be from SVS. Most of this depends on what your budget is.
