What is the reason for the ground screw in the back of this amp? And if it is important, what do I ground it to? Second question is I love the sound from this unit . I think I want more power than the 165 watts per channel. One of my ideas is to buy a matching M504 and use one for each of my front towers bridged. Can these amps be bridged. As always, thanks for any help. Darryl

I have a M504 as well and am pretty sure its not bridgeable. I have never hooked up the ground on mine. Would assume you would connect a wire from the turntable to the amp though if you are getting a hum. I am running Monitor 10's off mine and would love to have another M504 to run them separate. Don't really need it, just want it! lol

I don't think you can bridge those but if you get another you can bi-amp horizontally or vertically if those Polks will allow.
