I know there are other threads comparing these two but I think my question is a little different. I will be using a CS20 for my center and RC65i's as rears. My question is are the 40's and 200's timber matched the same for this system or should I just go with the 200's? Thanks in advance.

They're timber matched. The TSi line is nearly the same as the Monitor line, only with upgraded cabinets. I personally prefer the looks of the TSi over the Monitor, but thats just my .02

Yes, is but is your .02 worth a real $180 price difference lol.....I want the Tsi's but I do not think I can justify paying twice the price for a speaker that looks just slightly different.

I have seen no evidence that they are the same speakers with different cabinets, and they sound different next to each other, at least to my ears. Listen to them and decide for yourself what you like best. ;)

    200’s are noticeably better.
