SDA SRS 2 (1986 Blade Blade Version)

Hello everyone.

Looking to sell a set of SDA SRS 2's I picked up about six months ago. I purchased them with the hopes of restoring them with new caps, mortite, RDOs... the works.

Long story short, never got around to doing anything with them and realistically, they're far more speaker than I need given my current living situation.

There are some snags in the grille cloth, and the end caps could probably use a bit of refinishing. All drivers and tweeters work great, all surrounds are good. Interconnect cable included.

Looking to get $400 for these, but I'm definitely open to offers. (Especially if they can be kept "in the family.")

Because of the size of these speakers, this will of course be local pickup / cash only, in central / south orange county, CA.

    Some say yes, and others say no. I have a set of SRS 2's blade/blade and am going to do it to them. Inspiredsports has done a set, and from what I understand it can be done, and gives improvements close to what you get from the SDA 2Btl upgrade.     What I don't get is why can it be done to the SRS 2's but not the 1C's?? I know it has to do with the crossover..

    Blade/blade srs2's and 1c's use the same crossover.

    The SDA 1B and the SRS 2 blade/blade have the same crossover. From looking at the 1C diagram, they look to be a little different. The SRS 2 Pin/Blade and the SDA 1C appear to be the same. You will find all of them here:

    If anyone is interested, these are back up for sale. Price is still $400

    Dpowell, Leftcoast, mole have priority in that order for expressing interest before.
