Hey guys. I recently bought these but I no longer have the ability to hold onto them... partly because I just upgraded to the RTI A7s. :D I've uploaded a ton of pictures and as you can see they're in fantastic condition. Asking 175 and I'll ship anywhere (using any service) but buyer will incur all costs.

http://s991.photobucket.com/albums/af31/hagmanm2/Monitor%2010s/?start=all

Comes with original Manual

Apparently the stands are not OEM, but they are made to spec and finished to *almost* the same color.

Cabinets: 9.5/10
Grills: 9.5/10
Stands 8/10

Let me know if you guys have any questions

Taking a guess, Columbia, SC as shown under his username.

Great looking set of speakers, bet they sound equally great as well.

Haha, excellent guess! Yup, I would ship them from Columbia, SC 29205. I just weighed the speakers: 42 lbs per speaker (without stands). The physical dimensions are 16wx12dx28h.

If I were to ship them I would want to box each speaker separately, the stands separately, and the grills separately. But of course that's all up to whomever decides to pull the trigger on these puppies. I've never heard any other Monitors except this one, but I can tell you I absolutely love their sound. It only took me listening to them for a week to decide to sell my 500s. They are much more musical than my TSI 500s. However, now that I have the RTIs I just can't hold on to them. Thanks for looking!

Yes, I saw that but for something where freight can be considerable, doesn't hurt to make sure. For instance, maybe poster moved and forgot to update sig info. Sure won't want to get my hopes high to find out that seller has moved cross-country to maybe Salinas, then it makes a whole lot of difference for someone buying from Chapel Hill, NC.:D

Hello hagmanm2. I live in North Augusta, SC and am very interested in these monitor 10s. I have had one set for 12 years and have decided to purchase another. If you are willing, I could pick up these speakers from you any time as it is about an hour drive. Please let me know if you still have them and are willing to sell locally. Thank you.

Don't be so judgy. Not everyone has the means to hold on to every quality speaker they come across. The 10s were/are fantastic and have never been unappreciated. I didn't want to let them go. hmph. :(

Though you're right, it is a good thing they are going to kefranklin as he will make sure they will continue to be cared for.

The 10bs are in my room now with their brothers. I did not have time to hook up the new set last night, but after work it is wiring and placement time. I can foresee an old Rare Earth or Marshall Tucker album at high volume in the near future. You can probably throw in some Imperial Stout and an angry girlfriend with it. All in all, it should be great. Thanks hagmanm2 for these pristine monitors! They will be treasured.

Nice pick up kefranklin; I just bequeathed my 10's to my cousin, who had no stereo at all.

Excellent beer choice! I'm a big fan of Samuel Smith's Imperial. But if you really want to try a truly one of a kind dark dark beer: Southern Tier Creme Brulee. Only 2 pony kegs were delivered to all of South Carolina and Columbia's Flying Saucer got both of them. It's a dessert like no other, in a glass. :D

Also, if you were ever to try a high grav you might want to check out Stone's Arrogant ****. We should arrange a Saturday or Sunday centered around beer and music. My doors are always open to both, especially for fellow music addicts!

The flying saucer is great and Arrogant **** is a wonderful brew. The "oaked" version is one of my favorites. A musical celebration would be a wonderful thing. Ill have to call next time I head to Columbia. Now i just need to fix my onkyo tx4500 or get a new preamp and amp. More power is definitely needed. And to jflail2 "I feel like a bear that has the strength of two bears." I had forgotten all about that herbal dietary supplement.
