Saw a used Jolida Envoy preamp (6 years old) with 4 spare tubes,Mullard/GE for $750. I believe they were $1500.00 new. Is that a fair price?

Depending on the cosmetics condition, an average used price is $870 according to Bluebook. So, $750 seems reasonable with spare tubes too.

I have heard good things about Jolida even though I have not heard their equipment myself. Are you specifically wanting a tube pre?

I had a jolida pre before and sold it. Now I want one again.
