In SDA heaven

The wife is letting me set up my 2-channel rig in the master bedroom of the house we just moved into. Room dimensions are 25' X 19'. The 1C's are on the 25' wall with no obstructions and are currently 5' from the side walls. I sat stunned in amazement of how good those things sound with that much wall real estate. The sweetspot is about 12' back, bass response has improved dramatically. I can only wonder what the SDA big boys would sound like but the 1C's fill the room with sweet sound that has to be experienced. 
BTW, the other night, my son took my listening chair while eating his smoothie before bed. I said to him, "Hey, you took my chair in the SDA sweetspot!" to which he replied, "Daddy, what is a SDA sweetspot?"........someday he'll understand.

The funny part is.....earlier today, I showed my wife the pictures of Conradicles beautiful SDA1C's I just bought for the 'man-cave'....and her expression was....."oh my God!" (in wife language as...those are big and ugly)....I laughed because, for one - they're beautiful, the other - it doesn't matter any more because they are going in my dedicated 'man-cave', but still, really, the master bedroom!!!?? How do you pull that off??? :eek:..... ><////(*>
