So, I have to fess up to my own stupidity. I bought a 12" Element sub from CC when they we're closing, 600w I believe. Think I paid $99.00 for it, got it home and it sounded great, lots of boom. However, in the following weeks, it had less boom lets say. I think its my line input, if I wire it through speaker outputs it works normal, but cannot have it wired into line out. Any ideas on what might be cause of this? I'm currently using that sub for my porch 'I-Pod dock'. Have a PSW10 with the HT setup, but would like to add some more punch for movies, and don't really want to run all that speaker wire, any ideas would be great, hope you are all having a great labor day weekend. (I know I am, have a beef briscut on the smoker with about 7 hours left of cook time!!)

Have you checked all the settings on your receiver? Sub-level? Crossover point. Size of other speakers. Etc. etc. Settings on sub unit? There are many possible varialbles.

Yep, PSW10 works fine through it. I want to say that if I mess with the volume or xover knob it'll go in and out, annoying at best.
