Nice! Great time to buy, man, but I don't think I could ever justify buying new unless I won the lottery.

    Lmao :p
Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

The green they lay down on those cars is an amazing color. It gets my vote but you may want to wait until the limited production Z/28 hits the ground.

my response was around his rings production; if he can afford the new car, it is well deserved when considering is genious mod and hard work fabricating. Of course if he has the energy, time and ressources to fabricate and sell more and self support the new purchase, the less money from his permanet income the better it is.

Well done TOOLFORLIFE, very happy for you!

That's a great looking Camaro there. Some of us are old enough to remember the ORIGINAL and this design really takes us back to that while modernizing some of the lines and front and back end!

    I was walking around with my 13 year old..and a black one passed us..she said...Dad, that's ''cool"...and I added...oh, that's a NEW Chevy Camaro....I remember those!.

I really think that they've done a great job with this...and this said from a guy who drives an Impala that just cost him 1000 dollars in repairs yesterday?

    Happy driving!

I don't think theres a car that looks better from the factory than that Camaro in green w/ the black stripes. It does an amazing job showing off the lines of the car and adding depth to the paint.

I personally can't get over the interior design. I don't mind the overall design, it just feels cheap to me (considering the car is $30k+).
Holy crap, for a Chevy? It's a some what decent looking car though, I do like the design.

The green looks great but the Black is stunning when they're clean and detailed.

cool car for sure, but to me it seems they hyped it up and teased us for far too long. then it finally comes out and it seems like it's been around the block for quite awhile.

do you already own any trucks? give me a truck over a car anyday. especially as a home owner.

Being a ford man I would have to go with the new Mustang, A Shelby GT 500 would be tops, I really do like the new "retro" look of the new muscle cars, epically this one. But fast cars, bikes and women get me in trouble so I try and stay away lol.:)

Plenty of bolt on goodies for the Camaro's.

Good choice. I hear the rear vision and blind spots are an issue. LOL. I spoted for Johnny O'Connell in a Grand Am race that he drove the Autohaus Camaro in. He complainded about the vision out of the car as well.

It seems to be a common design among the new retro/muscle cars. High door-lines, short glass. Looks very cool, IMHO, but it's definitely form over function. Mustangs and Challenger are better, it seems, as far as visibility. On the other hand, it might actually be safer for the occupants.

Not an American muscle car, but I have terrible blind spots with my Eclipse. I realized that as soon as I sat in one... didn't stop me though. :D However, when I drive, I attempt to be aware of every vehicle around me, well before they're in my blind spot.

We just picked up our second vehicle last night. Our daily driver is a Nissan Xtrail (06). Last night we picked up an 05 Mazda3 GT in black, this will be used as a spare car (we bought used and paid cash as we don't want more car payments either). (that is until I start a new thread on a life changing event in the near future).

I never thought I'd like driving a car after being in xovers and SUVs. But I have to admit, this thing is fun to drive.
