:) I have the whole house to myself tonight, and I'm making the best of it! Kicking back on the couch savoring the finest things in a mans life:

Venison tenderloins from a young doe brazed stovetop in rendered bacon grease served with fryed onions and homstyle roasted poatato's.

    Personally, I like my venison tenderloin grilled with a dijon mustard and rosemary crust. But hell, I'd eat my flip flops with enough bacon grease and onions!! Ice cold beer to wash it down is like icing on the cake!!
