It's been awhile since I upgraded my 1.2's to 1.2tl's

I have another set of crossovers and these are 1.2tl crossovers. I just want to double check my list of parts.

Caps:
12uf. X3
27uf. X1
13.5uf. X1

Resistors:
11.5. X1
7.5. X1
15. X1
2.7. X1
22.5. X1

I want to just bypass the poly's. Should I use the .05 resistors. I didn't use anything in my 1C's and they have been fine..

Am I missing anything? I want to get my parts ordered from Sonicaps or should I try something else since I have sonicaps in my other crossovers??

Thanks!!!

    Larry,

Not sure about the caps and stock resistors (as I don't own 1.2's or 1.2TLs) but I would definately use the .5 ohm resistor instead of just a jumper to replace the poly. I started with just the jumper (as that is how the 3.1TL's come) but then added the .5 ohm resistor later and made a nice difference in the high end. I recommend it, but it's a matter of taste.

Maybe you put in some Dynamicaps. Not sure if they sound better as I had nothing to compare with.

Are you going to be doing the upgrade by yourself or you going to have Ben do them for you? You dont happen to have pictures of the 1.2's and the 1.2TL crossovers side by side do you?

I still do the 1.2 to 1.2TL mod.
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

    Larry/Ben,
Do I have to mail the inductor at the bottom of the board (The one screwed to the plate) to Ben along with the boards? From the diagram it shows that that inductor has a slight difference between the 2 versions. (.8mH). This is for the TL upgrade.
