Blown tweeters in monitor 40's

I bought a pair of monitor 40's in january of this year and it now appears that the tweeters in each speaker are blown. I hooked each one up on another stereo that works and both speaker have no tweeter output at all. How do I go about getting this fixed? I can replace the tweeters if you send some out or do I need to send both speakers back to you? Thanks...
