MIT Speaker Cables

I just recently put some MIT AVT1 IC's in my system and noticed an immediate improvement, so I figure I should do the speaker cables too.:D

I can only spend a couple hundred bucks depending on what they are, which I would imagine would limit me to the AVT series, but who knows.

    Not sure if this is what you're looking for or not, but the other day I was in my local hi-fi shop and saw a pair of MIT AVT 3 bi-wire speaker cables in 8 foot length for $250. The guys there have been pretty good to me, so if you're interested in the cables, I'd be willing to pick them up and ship them out to you. Honestly, I'm not sure if it's a good deal or not (I haven't stepped into the expensive cable realm... yet ;)), but if it sounds good to you, I could hook you up.

    Also, out of curiosity, what did you notice as an improvement with the interconnects? From your signature, it looks like we have very similar systems (I actually just swapped out my Parasound PL/D 1100 for the Conrad Johnson so I could try out tubes), so I'd be curious to hear what you thought.

    So... who is Joe? Does he sell used cables or how is he able to get great prices? Just curious as I may give him a call at some point but wanted some background first as to who I'm picking up the phone to call :)

    he has a HiFi shop. sells new and custom stuff. best prices i have found anywhere so far.
