1100.5 noob here

I am installing my system on a wakeboard boat, I bought a polk 1100.5, I am running a total of 6 6" speakers kicker KS600 @ 4ohm(2 in the tower and 4 inside the boat) and one sub. I was wondering if some one could tell me what it would be a good connection set up for all that into the amp. So far I have connected the speakers on the tower each their own channel and the 4 speakers in the inside of the boat in the other 2 channels, is that a good set up? is there anything else I have to configure on the amp?
