I've got a buddy in Fountain Hills AZ that's a jeweler and swears he can make any badge I want. He's got access to the laser to do what he needs. All he needs is a pattern or ???
IF serious I can contact him and put you together.

He's going to want to know how many etc and what type he'll be making.
IS this going to be a "mass order" thing or just some individual badges???

I would advise against selling a registered trademark. They would have to be giveaway I believe.

Selling what you own is ok but manufacturing a registered trademark, as in what's being discussed thru HB, is very frowned upon at Polk Audio.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

I was going to ask about that before it went any farther. It's why I asked about the "mass" or an individual badge or two.

Remember when I made the crossover plates for the SRS/1.2/1.2tl's?? That was my main concern but I couldn't get any response so I made them virtualy at cost to avoid any problems with Polk audio, and I put in a lot of time into them.. I still get emails about doing them again once in awhile, and I still tell them no way. The guys that got them are lucky.

Just something to consider--why not change it a little? Perhaps replace Matt Polk's signature with "SRS 1.2TL" or "SRS 2.3TL" or something to that effect. I'm curious if "SDA" and that old-style "polkaudio"logo are still under copywrite/trademark. If they've expired, a same-sized yet different badge might be an option.

An alternative would be to speak to someone with a little authority at Polk. Perhaps they could order more badges (in addition to "polkaudio" badges for the wood-frame grills and thinner ones for the plastic-frame grills). Similar to tweeters and woofers, perhaps they'd be willing to supply one more thing for a bit of profit. I'd assume that a thousand of these badges would be overkill--a run of 100-500 should be more than enough to last a few years.
