It's like 15 minutes long but here's the jist. 20 year odl woman, gets plastered and decides to drive home. She collides with another vehicle and then drives away...on to the Interstate, in the HOV lane on the wrong side of the road.
In this video, the action happens within the first 5 minutes. You see her traveling the wrong way and passing the cop on video with only one headlight and corner marker working. The cop speeds up to the next turnaround break and goes back the other way to get ahead of her and stop here. Lights and sirens all the way. He gets ahead of her and parks in the HOV lane with lights, sirens and teh PA. But you'll notice another car get passed him in the HOV lane before he can block it off. You see brake lights and then they dodge out of the lane. Then her car comes in to view and without slowing down, runs head first in to the cop car.
After the accident, she tries multiple times to get out of the car and leave. Listen to the audio after the accident. Wow. Just wow.

Wow. Classic Quoter from Trooper,"Looked like she just came toward the light". Guess those windshield wipers being on didn't help clear her thinking.
