    It says this is just a design and probably will never happen but for a government of a poor country to even think of wasting money like this... could this maybe show why their country is extremely poor to begin with?

    Since I have no plans on ever visting let alone living there I dont see the need to be upset about it :p It looks like it has to be voted in anyhow most likely the people will say no. Like goverments everywhere they appear to have grand plans on how to spend the peoples money, refreshing in a way to see america doesnt have the monopoly on that :D

    Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D
