iPod touch app for notes?

I'm looking primarily for Mom, but I would also like a better solution than Apple's own "Notes" app.

We need something that will allow you to create categories for organization and order them alphabetically for ease of reference. I also love the ability to sync with Google Docs. NoteMaster allows you to sync both ways (back-up and restore with GDocs), but AwesomeNote only allows you to back-up to GDocs, not restore from (or create notes on) GDocs. I also prefer the more business-like appearance of NoteMaster over AwesomeNote. I don't care about cute and cool; quick, easy, and functional is what I really want (though I realize that likely doesn't fit with the stereotypical iPod touch user).

I HATE that I have to title each note in NoteMaster. Often times I just want to create a quick note and don't have a special title for it. Apple's Notes as well as AwesomeNotes will fill in the title with the first line of the note; I love that.

I really haven't yet seen the need for integration of a calendar and to-do list with notes, though if it's there I might eventually find the practicality therein.

So, anyone have any good suggestions? If there were something combining Google Calendar with GDocs for note synchronization, that might would be great.

Anyways, would just love to hear what you're using and find useful, and maybe what you're not using but think would fit my requirements well.

Thanks!
