SRS 1.2 for sale near Colorado Springs

I would like to get them but if not hope they go to a polkie.
This was posted on craigslist and it sounds like they might be the SRS 1.2. no pictures

Its a moving/garage sale so it might be gone soon. Heres the address

If any polk forum member wants to buy these for me ping me and I can arrange for pick up at a later date. Otherwise steal them for yourself and remember me when you listen to them.

So SAD these are not closer to KANSAS CITY.. I need to move..

    It's an hour drive for me but I don't want to drive that far just to find out they are gone...
    Phone # would be nice.. I don't need them but I would help you get them if the timing was right..

    I sent an email asking for a phone number...will let you know if I hear back. Kinda hard to do anything without a phone number unless you live right down the street. Just wait and see I guess. it they have my name written on them they will find their way back to me.

    Agreed that I do not think its worth a trip unless you know they are still around. If anyone lives closer then let me know if you want to make a deal with me. If i get a phone number I will let you know what I find out. Thanks for your help

    what a crappy day...so they did not sell at the sale. Lady emailed me her a number and I called and someone beat me to it by 10 minutes...another day and no 1.2's for me..

    i called the number within an hour of her emailing me and the husband said they had sold them 10 minutes prior. Guy is picking them up tommorow. He didnt say how much they wanted.

    They were SDA SRS 1.2tl's all working drivers and tweeters SL3000's. Their cat's had fun with the grill cloth. The guy was the original owner, got them while he was stationed in Germany.

    This SRS 1.2 dream of mine seems a lot more distant today. Even had my buddy ready to make the 10 hour drive to get them

    Maybe I need to think of a backup plan.. any other suggestions of speakers to try?

    Heck yeah I do. Buy my 2B's to tide you over 'till you score a pair of the big boys.:D It will take the edge off, I promise! Just think of them as "tea cup" SRS's.

    Man I have it all set up..:(
    I will be using a Lite Audio Dac 68 to a Parasound Halo P3 preamp to a Parasound HCA-3500 amp (I believe this should be OK with the non-common ground del)...
    All I need is the bloody speakers...
    I would consider buying yours but the wife might get the idea that I am done with the spending and then I will be cut off...:)
