Monitor30 vs Monitor40 for computer quick upgrade?

I realized that I listen to music 90% of time in front of my computer a year ago was looking for something since, but i always spent my money before a deal came up.
i have Klipsch iFi 2.1 multimedia for my computer, the satelites are driven by the class D amp from subwoofer buildin amp, iave tried to replaced the satelites with RTI6 and M10 and compared to Denon AVR789 receiver and that class D amp is a bit edgy, lack of warmth but overall pretty acceptable.
The crossover is fixed at 160hz (cause they designed for satelite).
ive been thinking abt a serious setup like LSI7 or Paradigm Studio 10/20 with a NAD intregrate amp, but wont have that money until next year maybe.
the thing is i couldnt wait, and these deals came up tome today babe:
Monitor 30 cherry or black(black panel! sexy!) 149$ at newegg.ca (not many stores ship to canada, and uneed to pay a lot of custom tax)
Monitor 40 black(black panel!ive never seen that) $139 (!!!!) at newegg.ca (with promitonal code)

i have M10 (the cheapest bookshelf polk made) for rear, i putted them on front and I like them, so i think ill be happy with either Monitor 30 or 40.
So please help me think which one should i get (i dont care abt $10), here are some info.
1. They will now be paird with that Klipsch iFi sub crossx at 160hz, so bass wont be a advantage for Monitor 40.
2. if I upgrade to more serious speakers like LSi7 or Front Studio 10/20, i want these to replace my M10 for HT rears, but Monitor 40 seems are not mountable, that could be a problem.
3. RTI6 was almost perfect expect for two things: harsh highs for long term listening, my ears was hurting for like 2 days after a 6 hrs of listening (was too excited). Lower mids (lower male vocal) was somehow missing. I would expect monitor 30/40 will somehow do better for this, since i know its less bright (and less detailed but i wouldnt really care), and better lower mids?(since the RTI6 has amazing bass response i guess polk somehow tuned them that way, in trade off of lower mids)
4. my computer room, a den, is very very small, about 1.4m x 1.8m, not treated ( maybe i will later), speakers will be very close to the rear wall *and side walls. they will
5. the deal for the monitor 40 is too damn good to miss in canada, but i donno for close range lsitening and a small room with a sub which one will be better. it seem to be stupid to spend $10 more for a smaller speaker
6. deals for monitor 40 will only last for few days and i want them asap
7. mointor 30 seem to be on sale two week ago for $99, if 30 is a better choice i guess ill wait
