Geez dude where do you come up with all these drivers and parts, are you buying used Polks and gutting them out or? at least half you posts have to be selling parts. Just curious is all :p

Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

I have had my 12s for sale in two differenet spots. They do not sell despite the excellent condition. I am not wealthy so I cannot wait around and thus have to part them out. Not what i had in mind. if i find speakers that have crap cabinets or have other issues I will part them. Makes parts available that people need. keith

Are there any mw6600x's left or did you sell them already? If you have one I'd like to purchase it! Thanks!

Any posting to a thread 'bumps' the message to the top of the category giving it a chance for more exposure. As more and more other threads get activity, inactive threads get buried lower and lower.
Its kind of like a reminder saying "still here..."

Thank you for the thorough explanation! I had seen this in numerous places and since I'm new here, I couldn't figure out why someone would say "bump" so often.

For any of you still interested. I came across these while trolling on Fleabay for SDA spare parts.:o But I've seen a few requests for these and thought I would pass the opportunity to some fellow Polkies. Hope it helps.:D

 WHY would you $hit in someones thread that is trying to sell something, only to direct people to another person trying to sell the same thing. And a questionable seller at that?

That's bad form IMO, you should have started your own thread.

Mea culpa Mea culpa. Yes bad form not bad intent.:o I merely intended to inform those desperately seeking these hard to find MW's. I had PM'd one of the other buyers who had informed me that the seller had sold all of his available 6600's. I should have started a seperate thread.:o
