Recently we were watching the flat screen which was connected to a Comcast cable box with an HDMI cable when lightning hit. The screen went blank. I checked other tv's in the house and they all worked. I figured the cable box got hit so I called Comcast and they sent a tech who changed the box several times and changed the HDMI cables to no avail. He even tried all 3 of the HDMI inputs on the tv. He finally changed to regular cable and it worked. He said maybe the mother board in the flat sccreen got zapped. Any thoughts? I'm assuming I'll need to have a repairman come to the house since it would be a bear to haul the tv someplace.
