Trying to Register Polk Products!

i have been trying to register my Polk Speakers that i have. i go to Support on the top of the page right next to Forums.

i keep getting an Error code.

1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'e953a1ce3dbfbf3c43df31343112cd22'' at line 2

came someone else check to see if im the only one getting this Error code please?

    I just registered a product earlier this evening and had no trouble. I just went to that page again and no problems.
    You might try clearing your browser history and cookies and exit the browser and restart it and try again.

    No problem here either, it's you or your browser.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    No error code here mole. If you haven't registered yet it should ask you to create your page. In my case when I go to register products I enter my email address and password an it all works fine. I can also select my Polk page and everything works fine there too; all my registered products and info appears no problems.

    cleared my history, restarted laptop and still get it.

    Works perfect in IE as well.

    The last time something odd like this happened to somebody, wasn't a virus the culprit??

    I wouldn't be surprised. I tried it at work (IE) and works fine. I just tried with my home laptop (IE) which isn't as protected as the work PC and everything works fine here also.

    AVG, AVAST, I've used both successfully...
