just got a set of sda 1c need alittle help please

just got the sda1c home i will post pictures downloaded the diagram for re wiring the speakers its tells me white to - black to + but i cant do that

i have one White tab and one black tab and a little black jumper cable

i know i could play with it but i don't wanna keep taking the speakers out
