I'm nowhere near pulling a purchase on these since I just got my HTS set up, I'm just sort of wondering for the future and like hearing opinions! I've got Tsi500s and a CS20 up front. If you were going to upgrade what would you do?

Price isn't a big issue since this is pretty hypothetical. I could swing Lsi9s for front highs, or higher end speakers for my left/right and move the Tsi500s to front wides. The worry I'd have is of course matching the timbre. I know more speakers is not equal to a better sounding HTS. So, thoughts on using Tsi200s as front highs? Lsi9s? 4x Tsi500s up front? 2x Lsi floorstanding up front and moving Tsi500s wide?

Tsi200s seem like an obvious choice for front highs to match timbre but I wanted to know if higher quality speakers would make it better or worse?
Front/Rear - 4x Tsi500s
Center - CS20
Sub - Hsu VTF-3 MK3
Receiver - Onkyo TX-SR707
TV - LG 47LH90
Main AV Device - Playstation 3

You would need a 9 channel AVR to run height speakers. If I were you I would look into an amp to drive all 5 of your speakers. Something like 200 x 5 at 8ohms. That would wake your HT up in a big way.
    Home Theater
    RTiA5 - CSiA6 - FXiA6 - PSW650 - Pioneer Elite SC-55 - Carver AV-505 - Sony 46" 120Hz - Monster HP 2400 - Xbox 360 - Playstation 3
    2 Channel
    Polk RTA 15TL - Harman Kardon HK3485 - HK DVD48 - Signal Cable IC's and speaker cables

Amp, power conditioner, seating, media storage... Believe me a lot of things will be upgraded/added before I consider upgrading my speakers! My 707 has inputs for front wides and front highs, so would those be good if I have an amp to drive them? (Don't really know a lot about adding an amp). I'd plug my 5 front speakers into the amp, then connect the amp to the receiver's pre outs with just RCA cables?

I'm looking at the Emotiva XPA-5, which seems right on par with your recommendation.

I had the same setup for my fronts and center. Just upgraded to RTI A7's and a CSI A6 and moved my TSI500's the the rear. Very happy with the results overall. Now I got a CS20 I need to find a home for...
If you decide to go with LSI floorstanders you might want to consider a seperate amp driven by the 707's pre-outs.
