Sometimes the simplest cheapest things bring so much enjoyment, I put up a little kenwood KA-3500 in the FM for sale a while back it needed dexoting due to volume and L-R blance going in and out up and down, well I managed to finally get the time to do the work and I am simply amazed at the quality of sound out of this little amp and the synergy it seems to have with a pair of beat up SDA SRS originals that I bought a few months back.
They needed 3 tweeters so I bought some from a couple of members here and got around to installing them finally and was looking around at what I was going to push these with and tried a couple of others amps and a extra receiver I had laying around but when I hooked up this little jewel Wow what a perfect match, I would say it has a warm but not overly so and yet detailed sound with plenty of power to drive you out of the garage and it appears to actually make the SL2000 tweeters listenable for extended periods.
Sure glad it didnt sell

Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all
