upgrade

hi, i have the m70 ht system would the rtia 7 be an upgrade 50% music and 50% ht, and can they be powered with a onkyo 807 thanks.

    Just got RTI A7's myself and love 'em. The 807 should power them allright but ultimately you'll want to get a seperate power amp to get the most out of them. The 807 has pre-outs so you'll be ready if and when you decide to do that.

    RTiA7 would be a nice upgrade and yes your Onkyo will have no problem driving them at decent volumes. I have my RTi10's running off a Harman 3480 and it drives them no sweat. The 807 is a very nice AVR, but a nice 2 channel amp would really wake those speakers up . . good luck.
