Bose listening stations (at the airport?!?)

About three weeks ago I had a layover at Dallas-Fort Worth Airport (as an aside, that airport kind of depresses me...no offense to our Texas Polkie breathren), and I walked by what appeared to be a Bose listening station with customer reps and an array of headphones (maybe other products as well...its not like I went up and checked it out or anything) for sale.
Talk about aggressive marketing....I mean a shopping mall kiosk is one thing, but in an airport? And they were pretty much the only sort of vendor working out in the open, that is, outside of regular airport shops.
Has anyone else seen these at other airports?

Wow, Bose is very desperate to put their crabs in the airport.Make it simple...Make it better!

Makes sense--odds are they were demonstrating the Quiet Comfort Noise canceling headphones--and since one of the main selling points of them are for cutting out the noise of an aircraft, makes sense to me to market to one of the target end users where one might usually find them.____________________

At an airport? Who would want to buy headphones at an airport! Well duh... That would be like selling mustard next to the ketchup.Vinyl, the final frontier...

Bose has fantastic marketing. They have most of the general population in the USA thinking the are the best products made. That is what marketing is supposed to do. Good job on them.
