62 now, was a 53 a few years ago.

    Your "ideal" weight for maximum longevity is: 176 lbs


    compare that to my current 245 -- I'd say 74 is pretty optimistic

    Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

    Good thing they did not factor in how loud I play my stereo. I would have been dead before I got out of diapers.:D

    Result said I'll live to mid 80's.. I don't want that but they don't give me advice on reducing it to 70's.
