I don't know if this information has been posted before.
Rolling Stone magazine has a link on the website for $3.95 a month that lets you access all the issues of the magazine going back to the 60's. I signed up and was on it a few minutes ago, when I realized you also had access to all the old audio ads from the 60's, 70's, etc. After looking at a Dual turntable ad from 74, I decided to post the information here for anyone interested. It's a great way to read interviews and articles going back decades for not a lot of money. When I realized that you can read advertisements it made the deal even better.

Thanks for the welcome.
I had a Dual 1229Q in 76. That's why I found the ad interesting. The 1229 listed for $259.99 in 74.
