I saw the Scorpions in Dallas last night and all I can say was WOW! What a great show. Those guys have so many great songs and have played together for so long. Best concert I have been to in many years.
BTW the new album is great. Pick it up as well.

The wife and I will be hitting RockNAmerica at the OKC Zoo Amphitheater this weekend. I've read a bunch of good reviews. Since I've never seen them, I'm really looking forward to it.

Everybody, Go See This Show, if you ever liked the Scorpions.
Went to see this show two weeks ago,I was sixteen again. They came, they kicked ****. I was glad to see they could still do it. Still am singing The Zoo in my head!!!
We supply the sound gear for that tour, fully ANALOG at FOH!!! -
If you want to see the Scorpions, this will be it as they called it quits earlier this year. The following was posted on their official website in January 2010....It was always our pleasure, our purpose in life, our passion and we were fortunate enough to make music for you - whether it was live on stage or in the studio, creating new songs.
While we were working on our album these past few months, we could literally feel how powerful and creative our work was and how much fun we were still having, in the process. But there was also something else: We want to end the Scorpions extraordinary career on a high note. We are extremely grateful for the fact that we still have the same passion for music weve always had since the beginning. This is why, especially now, we agree we have reached the end of the road. We finish our career with an album we consider to be one of the best we have ever recorded and with a tour that will start in our home country Germany and take us to five different continents over the next few years.
We want you, our fans, to be the first to know about this. Thank you for your never-ending support throughout the years! -
Glad to hear the boys are still rockin'. I saw them in 1998 on the Monsters of Rock Tour at Alpine Valley. They more than held their own with Kingdom Come, Dokken, Metallica, and Van Halen (Hagar). I've seen them a couple times over the last 25 years. Besides the great song, the best part about the show is the fact that tey look like they are having a F***ing great time playing the music. Lots of smiling while rocking out! They are a lot of fun.HT-- Denon avr-2808ci,Emotiva UPA-1s, RTi 10's, CSi A6, ERD-1 surrounds, Vizio P50, Yamaha yst-sw300, DVR hr21, 40g PS3, APC-h15
