Further thinning of my audio collection:

The Fubar USB/DAC is a perfect small solution for those wanting upgrade their music-based computer system from the onboard D/A conversion. This little mighty-mite uses a Burr-Brown PCM 2702 chip. Other specs include:

Independent regulators for analog & digital circuits DC amp. coupling capacitor less 10Hz~25KHz ; -1dB at 600 ohms loading, low noise -99dB(A)
LPF OP amplifier exchangeable (default setting OPA2604), owner tunable "Anti-dummy" power supply protection, 110V/220V auto-switching adaptor attached.

New, this sold for $129. I'm selling for just $65 + shipping. It comes with the original double box. Payment by PayPal.

    Is this a plug and play DAC? and does it include the power chord you have pictured?

    Yes, it is plug and play, and the power cord is the one in the SAME pic as the DAC. The blue one was placed in by accident.

    In my main rig the SimAudio Moon D300. A tremendous performer for under $1500.

    My secondary rig is used anymore for just break-in and music on the back deck, so no need for a DAC.
